Continuing Yoga
Advancing your yoga practice isn’t all about doing harder asanas. Connecting what is going on with anatomy helps release tension and find more openness in the postures. Being more aware of how yoga unifies the body and mind offers keys to expand our consciousness. Movements that increase strength will prepare the student for more challenging asanas when the body is ready. Knowing our strengths as well as our weaknesses allows us to find solutions to difficulties we may encounter. This class will give the continuing yoga student opportunities to explore deepening their practice on their own. Not for those new to yoga.
